5. Exchanges
        We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact us at support@sickyota.com before sending the item back.

6. Return Shipping
        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Non-Returnable Items
